Mobile Devices are used to register Drugs and Clinic Material consumptions
Shared use of
Users spend too much time authenticating in Mobile Devices
Consecutive insertion of access credentials in the authentication process (professional’s rotativity)
Users may not logout, subsequent drugs consumptions registrations are made with the credentials of the previous user, which compromises drugs administration traceability
System that automatically logs in / logs out the user just by approaching / moving away from the mobile device

Use Real Time Location System (RTLS) with RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication), Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) and Trilateration methods to determine with more accuracy the nurse's and mobile device's location

System matches user's and mobile device's location, by reading AP data on the connect devices and treating that data, using the mentioned optimization location algorithms.
If the match is accurate (user and mobile device are at the same coordinates), the user is automatically logged in in the application.

Without any infrastructure investment, it is possible to locate 2 mobile devices and to know if they are close to each other, just by using and treating AP data regarding the connect users.
This will allow our system to interact with the drugs and clinical material consumption Application, to automatically log in or log out the user
Implement our System
on an infirmary
Measure log in times before and after this system implementation, and prove that the log in time decreases
Improve location accuracy by applying more accurate location algorithms (highly dependable of the physical space)
Evaluate user's satisfaction level after this system implementation and compare it to the results of the initial survey
