MODEL
How Different Types of Water Affect Plants
today we will be talking about how different types of water affect plants.

IN our project we will be using ; sugar, salt, and drinking water. we will be observing which type of water will help plants grow stronger, healthier and faster.
By
Water affects plant growth by keeping them hydrated. The water helps them grow and stay alive. Without water, they dry up and die. Just like us, plants need water to live
how water affects plant growth
WHICH WATER HELPS PLANTS GROW FASTER?
Salt is necessary to every living thing. However, too much salt will kill any living thing, because it can starve an organism of the water it needs.

Plants make their own sugar (Through the process of photosynthesis), Adding sugar to plant water can interfere with the osmosis (movement of a solvent through a semipermeable process) of a plant, which is what allows the plant to absorb water from the soil.

SCIENCE PROJECT
Plain water is the best thing for plants. plants have adapted to variations in the amount and make up of water, and are equipped for life and growth by absorbing the water through their roots

semipermeable means allowing certain substances to pass through it but not others
concept question :
which type of water would kill living things like plants ?

A IS THE CORRECT ANSWER !

THANKS FOR watching !

HOW CAN SUGAR WATER HELP PLANTS?
DRINKING WATER
SUGAR WATER
SALT WATER
so drinking water helps
the plant in growth, it
also brings oxygen ,
take in chemicals to make
the air better to breath.
all water has salt in it , but to muchh salt is dangerous for most of the plants. this is because salt water actually sucks water out of the plant roots, as opposed to the roots absorbing the salt water.

Sugar water happens to be very
beneficial for plants. When the
plants are given sugar water,
it changes the way the plant
absorbs the water. It helps
plants with wilted leaves spring
back to life.
