With the help of RFID, collecting record data is much easier than what we have before.
There are three main problems that the researchers would like to find the answer, in terms of developing RFID System for La Consolacion College-Novaliches.
2. What are the salient features of the proposed system?
3. What is the level of performance in terms of the following:
a) Functionality
b) Speed
c) Security

Scope
Tags will be installed on the ID card of students and employees
Has a limited range of less than 10 centimeters distance
The system is network based
The system can only monitor the students and employees if they are logged in or out to the system which is located in the gate but not at their respective classrooms.
Service vehicles are not included in the monitoring system
The reports will not be printed by the system rather it will only export it to Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.
Delimitation
The Proposed System has a:
Search box
Computation of hours for the purpose of easy data sorting for the convinience of the HR department
The System will also display the Time-in and Time-out of the students and employees

Conclusion
Based on the findings, the researchers come up with the conclusion of the inability of the of the manual existing monitoring system to monitor the daily activities of the La Consolacion College –Novaliches resulting to inaccurate reports, time consuming, and not very secure monitoring process. It is clearly lack of performance in terms of functionality, speed and security and does not deliver satisfying results that will help to maximize the monitoring of the activities of the school.

The proposed system, Student and Employee Attendance Monitoring System (SEAMS) is a real-time log in and out system, packed with features such as secure log-in to prevent unauthorized access, register to create a new entry of ID, edit to manipulate data in database, time-in/out display to help both student and employee to monitor their time, search box to view report faster, filters to display information through selecting special attributes, quick sort to arrange file in alphabetical order and computation of hours to help the HRD monitor the employees time staying in the premises. These new special features will make the monitoring system in the La Consolacion College –Novaliches accurate, faster, efficient, and easier, removing all the incapability of the existing system.

The level of performance done in the existing system makes the proposed system need to be implemented. Majority (88.2%) strongly agreed to the problems encountered with the existing system came from the students while only 11.8% of students disagreed. Most of the employees (71.6%) only agreed to the problems while the remaining 28.4% disagreed, both strongly agreed that there is a need of change in the system and mostly of the employees agreed to it.
Recommendations
From the result gathered in the study the researchers recommends that the La Consolacion College –Novaliches consider the Student and Employee Attendance Monitoring System to be implemented because it is more capable of performing the monitoring process.

Buying additional RFID reader for the school to complete the entire process of monitoring is also endorsed. It is also advisable to buy barrier flaps to control the flow of the entries in the premises.

The researcher advocates the future researcher to continue, to improve the proposed system.
