In 1979, beef consumption was the largest of the four foods (220 grams).

In contrast, the smallest consumption went for fish , which was only 60 grams.
As for those ranking in the middle, the consumption of lamb and chicken were 150 and 140 grams respectively.

decreased from
205 to 100 grams per person per week and the latter
dropped from
150 to 55 grams;
whereas , Fish
the least consumption and
decreased steadily
from 58 grams to 50 grams.
On the other hand
, Chicken consumption was the only one that
during the period from 150 grams to 250 grams,which
that of the Beef In 1989,turning to be the most popular food in 2004.
Short & Simple
To sum up, the consumption of chicken increased sharply while there were declines for that of beef, lamb and fish.
