join clubs or organizations related to your major
attend career fairs, workshops and corporate presentations
towards the end of your second semester, meet with a SCDC counselor to develop a career plan
maintain a good GPA
plan to do at least 1-2 internships during your collegiate career
becoming culturally competent in college awareness knowledge skills
