Achievement Tests By: Danielle, Beth, & Jamie A test to measure how much a person has already learned in a particular area. They are validated in terms of their content validity, or how well they measure students' mastery of a set of knowledge. Often turn out to be the best predictors of many kinds of occupational abilities. Computers are often used to administer achievement tests. Adaptive testing: the computer changes the question difficulty as it adapts the test to the performance. Adaptive instruction: the computer adapts tests to include more problems in areas where your answers are frequently wrong.
