The Beatles were made up of 4 people.
John Lennon was born October 9 1940 in Liverpool, where he was also raised
Another member was:
Paul McCartney was born June 18 1942
The third member was George Harrison
George Harrison was born February 25 1943
It was latter found out his birthday was actually the day before.
The last member was Ringo Starr
Ringo Starr was born July 7 1940
The Beatles became a band around the year 1962
The Beatles Built the reputation they had by playing music at clubs in Liverpool and Hamburg.
In the 1960's their popularity first became "Beatlemania"
The Beatles played many different genres of music like pop and rock n' roll
The Beatles also have the most #1 albums on British charts and sold the most singles in the UK.
The Beatles were the best selling band in history.

Some of his songs were used in the anti-war movement
John Lennon was murdered 3 weeks after the release of the new album Double Fantasy
Lennon was a troublemaker in his early years and other parents often told their kids to "stay away from him."
He got his first guitar from his Mother in 1956
McCartney is the father of 5 children, he has married 3 times
He has been a part of projects to promote charities along the lines of Seal hunting, Vegetarianism, Music education, ect.
His mother died of embolism when he was fourteen
McCartney became a soloist after the Break-up of The Beatles
Harrison was a good songwriter and was the lead Guitarist of The Beatles
As a solo performer he had many best selling singles and albums
Harrison died of lung cancer in 2001 at age 58 leaving almost $100 million in his will
In a private ceremony according to Hindu tradition, he was cremated and his ashes scattered in Ganges and Yamuna river
He was named the fifth greatest drummer by rolling stone readers
The Eddie Clayton Skiffle Group was his first band in 1957
Starr replaced Pete Best when he joined The Beatles as a drummer
He was always out of school with deathly illnesses so he didn't have much discipline when he was older
