• Created pro formas, regulatory submissions, operational sheets, and post formas.
Led a $3.5M project to launch ten new websites, a content management system (CMS) and seven mobile apps and websites in less than a year.
The new websites allowed for online hotel, dining, spa and golf reservations. Guests could use their loyalty account to obtain better hotel rates. Adding the booking engines significantly increased revenue generation while mitigating the number of calls to the call center.
Prior to the CMS, all content additions and edits were completed by an agency; this was both costly and not timely. The CMS dramatically improved digital marketing capabilities by allowing team members to easily make content adjustments on the websites.
