Bella Peters Slimy and Slippery Facts Frogs are amphibians. Frogs start as eggs. Then they become taddpoles. Last but not least, they change into frogs. This process is called metamorphisis! Growing Up! A group of frogs is called an army. Frogs do not drink. They absorb water through their skin. When a frog hibernates, the bone grows another layer!
