Canada is a beautiful country.It has a lot of interesting facts.Some you may not know about.In this prezi about Canada I will tell you amazing facts.

Canada's Natural Resources
Canada has ten provinces.The ten provinces are Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.Canada also have three territories.The three territories are the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
One of Canada's natural resources is timber or wood.Canada has 13% of the world oil reserves.It is the third largest oil producer after Venezuela and Saudi Arabia.Canada is a leading exporter of many other minerals, such as gold, nickel, aluminum, steel, iron ore, Coking Coal, and lead.Canada gets most of its natural resources from the canadian shield.
The Geography of Canada
Canada shares a border with the united states.This Border is the longest border between two countries in the world.Canada is the second largest country in the world after Russia.

Canada's first languages are french and English.Approximatly 98 percent of canadian's speak french or English.Only 57.8 percent speak English. only, 22.1 percent speak French.Only, 17.4 percent speak both.
Canada's national flag day is on February 15.Canada's flag's official colors were proclaimed by King George.The color red is a symbol of Canadian sacrifice during World Wars.The Color White Is the symbol of peace and tranquility reflecting neutrality and impartiality of Canadians.In 1982 Laurie Skreslet brought the Canadian flag to Mt.Everest.
Canada's national anthem
Canada's national anthem was composed by Calixa Lavallée.It was first sung on June 24, 1880.It was declared Canada's national anthem on July 1, 1980.
