subway was well establish itself as the brand in the fast food industry and having brand recogntion all around the world
subway is known to be the company that offer healthy subs sandwich that are preferred and much healthier. STRENGTH Weakness Service commitment is not consistent from store to store this can be related to staff as they is not much motivation
turnover rate for the employee is very high
service delivery is inconsistent in every stores.
