Repair skin after being cut or grazed

Reproduction of red and white blood cells
Activity
Write down all the food and drink you would typically consume in a day.

Using a different coloured pen, mark any foods that contain a moderate or large amount of carbohydrates.

For example pasta, grains, bread, starchy vegetables and lentils.
Now mark any protein based foods.

For example red meat, chicken or poultry, fish, eggs and tofu.
