Olympus' Constitution Section 6: Criminal Code
-The legal drinking age is 19.
-In order to drive a car, you must have a 0.0 blood alcohol level.
-The maximum life sentence available is 50 years.
-Capital punishment will never be implimented or supported by members of parliament.
-The death of any person on your behalf is punishable with the max sentence. (50 years)
-Assault/abuse of any kind is punishable with a 25 year sentence.
-NO ONE is above the law, actions suggesting inequality surrounding the law are punishable. Section 3: Rights and Freedoms:
-Everyone is entitled to health care, education, legal advisers, property etc. (principle of equalization)
-Eligible to vote at 18 years of age.
-Freedom of religion, belief and expression.
-Freedom of speech, thought, and expression.
-Everyone is innocent until provent guilty in a court of law.
-Eligible to learn to drive a car/hover board at 16 years old.
-Able to drop out of school at 16 years of age.
-Freedom of association and peaceful assembly
-Mobility Rights- Citizens of mars can live and work anywhere they choose on Mars and enter and leave the planet freely. The country will have a federal system with two main levels of government.

FEDERAL:
-Banking
-Citizenship
-Criminal Law
-Foreign Affairs
-Postal Service
-Trade and Commerce
-Taxation

PROVINCIAL:
-Education
-Labour Unions
-Hospital Maintenence
-Natural Resources
-Provincial Courts & Laws Olympus' Constitution Section 2: Laws and Amending
-Bills will be created by voted members of parliment.
-Once a year, a list of bills will be delivered to each citizen in the country over 18 years of age.
-Each citizen (18+) will vote on each bill.
-Only bills with at least 51% of the vote will be implemented and passed into laws.
-Any amendments which want to be made by parliament will also be voted on by each citizen. Peace, Equality & Prosperity
A SECTION CALLED RESIDUAL GOVERNMENT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED. THIS ALLOWS FOR FURTHER TECHNOLOGY TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. -To respect the rights and freedoms of others
-To obey the laws of Mars and accept the consequences when committing a crime.
-To participate in the democratic process (vote in all elections)
-To respect the country's multicultural heritage, accept the different races of others. -A fine of $250 when caught littering.
-Must recycle in bins provided and controlled by the provincial government.
-A limit of 1 tank of gasoline every two weeks is permitted on each household.
