The theme has constant pitch, tempo
and rhythm changes which relate to the
movie as there are constant changes in the
mood and action of the scene. The theme starts
with the main melody being played high pitched,
which gives the theme a magical feel. This is
represented in the scene as Dumbledor is holding
The piece then changes to flourishes
played by upper strings which continue
as the main melody starts again. There is more
action in the scene as this is being played. This
time there is a thicker texture as there are more instruments. This is represented in the youtube clip
