Creating an Effective Presentation
Designing your Presentationis the fun part of creating a report for it gives you a chance to be Creative
SIMPLICITY
Use bullets or short sentences . Summarize the information on the screen have your audience focus on what the speaker is saying than on reading the Slide
CLARITY
Avoid being fancy by using a font styles the easy to read
ADVANCE PRESENTATION SKILLS

1.Use Hyperlinks to Improve their slideshow(s)
2.Embed files and data to their slideshow(s) and
3.Maximize slideshows as an effective visual aid too

MINIMIZE

Keep slides counts to a minimum to maintain a clear message and to keep the audience attentive
TIPS:

A font size of 72 is about an inch (depends on the screen size)
VISUALS
Use graphics to help in your presentation but not too many to distract the audience
CONSISTENCY
Make your design uniform.Avoid having Different font styles and Background
CONTRAST

Use light font on dark background or vice versa .This is done so that it is easier to read.
