Size vary by the mass The Life Cycle of a High Mass Star What Is a High Mass Star? A high mass star is a star that is created in the core with gasses and expands out. By: Camille, Ashley and Tika There are 10 Steps of Life in a High Mass Star. High mass stars go through a similar process to low mass stars in the beginning, except that it all happens faster. Step 2: Fusion Reactions Step 1) Hydrogen by using Gravity Fusion reactions will occur when the temperature and density are high enough. The fusion will continue to fuse for a long time. Step 3) Continue Fusion Process The Sun is at this stage in life, Nuclear Fusion energy causes the star to shine. The radiation movies outsides of the core. Step 5) Uses Nuclear fusion to make Carbon in its Core. Gravity is used to collect hydrogen.
