Transcript of GIP: Real Estate Project

How much can I afford?
What kind of home do I want?
Where do I want to live?
House 1 is the best house for me.

House 1 cost less per sq.ft. It is 108.33, whereas House 2 is 132 and House 3 is 115.33. Also it had the highest combination of 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

House 1 is the best house for me because it is cheaper per sq.ft. yet provides me with more rooms for my family. House 1 may also have 1 less bedrooms than House 3, but each of the bedroom it does have is bigger. Even though it cost more per acreage than House 2, I really wanted space for my kids to run around and play.
How safe is the neighborhood?
What schools are nbearby?
How far will it be from my workplace?
What's the square footage?
Does it have central air?
Does it have a garage?
Are there parks nearby?
House 1
House 2
House 3
I like that House 1 has a bigger yard than house 2, but it cost more per acreage.
House 2 has more square footage than house 3 and 1, but house 1 cost less per sq. ft.
All have parks and schools nearby, but house 2 has the most and house 3 has the least.
There are more bedrooms in house 3, but they are small bedroom sizes.
