Jack becomes chief of the hunter tribe. Ralph stays chief of the remaining boys but eventually everyone joins Jack except piggy. this eventually leads to represented The protagonist was tempted by his inner darkness when Jack and the hunters were doing the tribal killing of the pig dance, to join in also he took part in the "killing of the beast", but the beast was just Simon represented Intelligence he was also Tempted by his inner darkness, and gave into it when he wanted to go to the Jack's feast just to eat pig meat represented The christ figure he found was just their imagination and the reflection of their inner darkness but was mistaken for the beast and killed before he could tell the boys represented Pure evil he killed piggy by throwing a boulder at his head also sharpened a stick at both ends "There isn't anyone to help you. He just stood in front of the pig's head for hours The reflection of the inner darkness in the boys activation of the imagination inside the kids this forshadowed the appearance of inner darkness in the kids showed the evil inside the boys as now they are reverting to doing bad deeds to survive this lead to occured when Piggy and Ralph went to recover Piggy's glasses Roger killed happened due to mob mentality and the fear of the unknown the fear activated the evil inside the boys and they acted based on animal instinct
