Every company has a story. It's based on the dreams and goals of the founder. We often make our own situation harder and take huge risk when we don't use something in the manufacture, but this is a question of trustworthiness, and I will not make any other decision." : ) The Milkbar's main idea is based on the
atmosphere of old times' meal, and the whole company is similar to some kind of nostalgic dream. The target group is between 16-30 with
with average wealth. They mostly live in big cities, use internet frequently and opened to healthy lifestyle. US citizens have different history, different icons.
They mostly identify the county with a farmer in
cowboy-hat. Because of the great distances, there
can be many cultural differences, depending on
the state. Be careful! "Traditional" means different things in the USA. We have to adjust to the modern American lifestyle - e.g. milk consumption is decreasing, because costumers buy more portable drinks instead (like bottled water). We should consider following this trend. However, the fast food restaurant-style bar is a pretty good idea there too. Be careful! "Traditional" means different things in the USA. We should consider following this trend. It can be a great message that our milk is rBGH-free. rBGH is a growing hormone, that can cause cancer. It's illegal in Europe, but they still use it in the USA.
