Endangered Species Amur Leopard First and secondary consumer populations are growing. Possible Future Effects
Affect on the World Food sources for prey species would decrease Smaller animals and insects are moving into open fields and damaging crops in farmland. The crops are needed as a food source for humans, but if it remains uncontrolled human population will be affected. Biodiversity Poaching The Causes In order to help for the conservation of the Amur Leopard, 13 international non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) and Russia have established ALTA (the Amur Leopard and Tiger Alliance). The members in such organization have worked together to create conservation projects in Russia and China. Also, the World Wildlife Fund works with NGO’s to help the conservation of the Amur Leopard. What is being done to solve this problem ?
