Collage Technique
The term definition
1.
a. An artistic composition of materials and objects pasted over a surface, often with unifying lines and color.
b. A work, such as a literary piece, composed of both borrowed and original material.
2. The art of creating such compositions.
3. An assemblage of diverse elements
Conclusion
When you are finished rendering your still life in pencil with value, shading and texture you will start part two. Part two you are adding a element of collage. I have provided baskets of items to rummage through to find your element of collage or it can be found items that you bring in!!!!
Collage
Collage is a multi-media technique used by many artists to compose or bring together different ideas involving religion and politics into a single work. It derives its name from the French verb coller, to glue. The work of art is made by gluing things to the surface.
