Dialectical- helps reduce destructive behaviors.
Psychodynamic-focuses on uncovering or understanding your past.
Family-can help educate your family about your condition and provide support.
Support-where you and people you care about are able to meet others who share similar challenges.
Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is an emotional disorder that causes emotional instability, leading to stress and other problems.
