Fixed Vs. Growth
Belief that your traits, habits, personality, skills, and specifically intelligence are growing and changing
Happier and Energetic Ecosystem for Learning
Create an environment that promotes the development of the growth mindset through a CONSTELLATION of stances
5 Stances

The book gives an excellent framework for introducing and maintaining the stances using guided inquiry. It examines the different stances through these differing stages with concrete examples.

Importance of positive self talk
It is never too early or too late to begin to regulate self talk
For younger students it goes from being spoken self talk to private speech
When modeling this for students mimic the level of the students language

The only weakness I found in the book is that predictably it is centered around the elementary levels (although several lessons are used with 4th grade and above examples)
