What is fitness/exercise?
Why Should you exercise and be fit?
1. Exercise controls weight
2. Exercise boost up your energy
3. Promotes better sleep
4. To relief stress
5. Decrease risks of illness or disease
6. Keep focus
7. To feel good about yourself
Exercise controls your weight
Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss.
When you exercise you burn calories
-The more intense you exercise the more fat you'll burn off.
increases your metabolic rate
though you are burning fat you are also gaining muscle mass
exercising will increase muscle mass while decreasing fat mass

Example : you lose weight & you gain more muscles.

Exercise and physical activity deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently

aerobic exercising for 30 minutes is sufficient to keep the body temperature at this higher level for a period of four to five hours, after which it drops lower than if you hadn't exercised
- this lower body temperature is what helps you sleep better
Exercising could help relief stress
working out is a great way to take all of your anger and
frustration out in a positive and beneficial way
you could take a run & just run all those stress out
physical stress can be relieved by boxing
- you could take all of your stress out by boxing.

Exercise builds up and improves circulation of our white blood cells, which we need to fend off harmful bacteria that cause us to get sick. This helps to prevent us from getting sick.
Exercising keeps your heart rate jumping and makes you heart more healthy & being healthy is very important with being fit
if we do become ill, our improved circulation due to regular exercise can help us become well again.

being fit means becoming sweaty, having sore muscles, and sometimes doubting yourself, but if you keep at it the end results are only beneficial.
Working out and taking care of yourself is a good feeling, and you should be very proud for taking the initiative to do so.

In conclusion being more fit and exercising more in your life has positive affects on you. Fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy. Exercise is activity requiring physical effort, carried out esp. to sustain or improve health and fitness. Exercising controls your weight, boosts up your energy level, promotes better sleep, relief stress, decreases chances of illness, keeps you more focus, it helps you feel good about yourself, and lastly it increases your life span. A counterclaim against being fit is, sometimes a person can over exercise, and when they do it can lead to insomnia, depression, etc.
Some people can tend to push themselves to hard or they can start off working out by pushing their heart a little harder than it’s used to
person can become unaware of dehydration or more seriously be affected by natural elements such as heat or cold and suffer heat stroke or frostbite, respectively
Over exercising can lead to insomnia, depression, fatigue, and anxiety
can lead to skeletal injuries such as shin splits or bone fractures
