They are very big animals, and they also have big scales.
They have powerful jaws and sharp teeth.
They are adapted to live in aquatic environments.
They are predators, so they eat meat. Their scientific name is Ophidians.
Their bodies are elongated and legless.
They are all carnivores, and many have a venomous bite.
They can climb to the trees.

They can be terrestrial or aquatics.
They haven't got teeth but they have got a beak-shape jaw.
