1. Light yourself well. Your room should be sufficiently lit, with no shadows that can make you look older (or scarier)!

2. Dress like a television news anchor. Sure, black is slimming, but solid jewel tones brighten your face without appearing busy.

3. Don't slump. Your mom was right -- if you sit up straight, you'll look poised and confident.

4. Look at the camera - and smile! It can be tempting to repeatedly look at yourself to check your appearance, but once the interview starts, that can be distracting to your interviewer.

5. Set the stage behind you. Clean your area, then set your conversation up in front of a minimally (and, if possible, tastefully) decorated background. Eliminate any clutter, and don't forget to minimize noise.

When you genuinely engage on the Google Plus network, you will come across with many people regarding the hiring process. Companies might also want to interview you online. Therefore, it’s important that you know how to make the most of online interviewing.

#5. Build quality relationships.
While you interact with people on this social network, focus on building relationships with professionals. By connecting with employers, recruiting companies and hiring managers, you will bring yourself multiple career benefits.
