Integrating iPads into the Classroom Parent iPad Night We are going to take a look at how we are planning on integrating iPads into the 3rd Grade Classroom. Welcome to Parent iPad Night The children that are coming into classrooms today are 'digital natives.' They have been exposed to technology since they were born. They have never been without computers or cell phones. They have had DVDs and MP3 music their whole life! Why use iPads?

online benchmark assessments
Cast A Spell Blogging Utilizing blogging websites, in accordance with district policy, we will blog once a week with at least two comments to classmates. Research shows that students
write with proper grammar,
spelling and ideas when writing for an audience, rather than the teacher Science/Social Studies We are using the iPads to help us with continents and oceans with real-time maps, videos, identifying rocks and islands, to name a few. Miscellaneous Cooperative learning
