Types of Property Personal Property is everything, other than real property, that can be owned. Such as cd players and cars. Real property is land and anything attached to it, such as
buildings, the earth below, and the air above. So what's the difference? Personal Property and Real Property You have two types of personal property, tangible and intangible. Tangible property is a good or anything that can be movable;
anything worth value. such as furniture, dishwasher, machinery, window air conditioner and cars. Intangible Personal Property is property that has no
substance and cannot be touched. trademarks, oral contracts, and patents. such as copyrights, a debt owed to someone, The End.
