Transcript of Dynamite

Dynamite Who created it?
Alfred Nobel Where was it invented? Stockholm, Sweden What year? 1860 It all started when
he was trying to blow
up rock with blasting caps.... But, he wanted a
more efficient way to
blow up the rock. So, he
found the main part of
blasting caps. Which was
\Nitorglycerin. He put this
in a smaller container, and
that made dynamite. How does it work? There is a wick and
a fuse. A person lights
the fuse. The fuse ignites
the Nitroglycerin, which
causes an explosion. How did it change lives? It made blasting rock easier.
