-Shows the death and rebirth of two groups of people: one, the Jews, and another, Oskar Schindler himself.
-Oskar Schindler was a German businessman during the Nazi regime, who was known as a person who sheltered and protected Jewish people by employing 1,200 of them in his factory.

- During the Holocaust, the Jews were transported from their homes to camps like Auschwitz, Bergen-Belsen, and Chelmo.
-Many have died in the gas chambers if they were determined 'unfit' to work.
-Jews who were kept in the Schindler's factory were saved, fed, and protected.
-Their admission to the factory can be seen as 'rebirth'

-The original intention to was to use Jews for slave labour, not for protection.
-Oskar grew close to the factory workers
-After his "death", he is reborn as a philanthropic man who helps and protects victims.
-In risking his life, he rescued many Jewish people
