Tuesdays With Morrie Aphorism Project
By:Thomas Murtha "Love Wins. Love Always Wins. World Love Organization
The culture we have does not make people feel good about themselves. And you have to be strong enough to say if the culture doesn't work, don't buy it.
Dying is only one thing to be sad over. Living unhappily is something else. http://unwrittenmemoirs.blogspot.com/2008/08/aphorisms-from-tuesdays-with-morrie.html http://wlo.cfsites.org/
The World Love Organization was created in 2006 by three sisters, Valerie, Corissa, and Miranda Chang. They have been to five continents and they try to help children live better lives. Annualy they raise about 100,00 dollars! I chose this group because they devote their lives to helping others and that, to me, is love. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0nFFFGLGsU&feature=player_embedded#! Make a Wish foundation. The Make a Wish Foundation was founded in 1980 when they gave their first wish to a 7-year old boy. I chose this foundation because their main goal is to make unfortunate children feel better. http://www.wish.org/about Dying With Dignity is an organization founded in 1982 that help people live happily at the end of their life. I chose this organization because it helps people not mourn the rest of their days away. It helps them get out there for the short time they have left. http://www.dyingwithdignity.ca/about/index.php
