Transcript of IMMUNOLOGY

Immunology is a branch of biology that deals with the study of the immune system, defined as the set of organs, tissues and cells, in vertebrates, whose function is to recognize foreign elements or giving a response (immune response)
System Immune
It is the body's defense against infectious organisms and other invaders. It consists of organs, tissues, cells and special proteins
There are 3 types
lymphocyte B
lymphocyte T
It develops in the body when an agent causes the disease
Is transferred to the newborn via Breast Milk
transfer of antibodies
blood plasma)
The immune system comprises 3 levels defense:
First Level
Second Level
Third Level
What other cells participate in phagocytosis?
The lymphocyte T acts directly on the pathogen and destroys
The lymphocyte B detect the presence of an antigen and produce the antigen-specific antibodies.
How the immune system reacts to an invasion by a foreign agent?
But there is a secret weapon to prevent's more an attack:

Avoid stress:

Stress makes us sick. That we have heard a lifetime, but do not know why, the reason is that in distressing situations our immune system gives space to the occurrence of the above ailments and complications can escalate causing a decrease in your quality of life.
To prevent further damage to the immune system, we cherish our routines, our food and our response to certain life situations like this:

The immune or immune system is what helps us to look after our health and prevent the diseases caused by germs, infections, bacteria, cancer cells and certain viruses.
So now you know!
Get vaccinated:
No having a complete vaccination makes us more susceptible to disease, ask your family doctor which vaccines you need to have a day to prevent the arrival of various diseases.

Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Exercise continuous:
This way, we strengthen our immune system.
Eat well:
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and foods rich in vitamins, proteins, minerals, carbohydrates, etc.
Take care, the key to a good lifestyle is to be informed!
