Section 167A was introduced by the Companies (Amendment) Act 2007
Public company / subsidiary must set up a system of internal control. MTSB must provide relevant details about investment in MTT. MTSB must have the frequent meeting with the BOD, audit committee and head of internal control.
Strengthen internal control
MTSB must be reported to TIH for further analysing and approval. TIH must have the close relationship and update with their subsidiary.
TIH must always do the process control and monitor the MTSB activities.
