The Boy in the Striped Pajamas
Answer:
I believe that people treated the Jews in such a horrific way during the Holocaust was because of what Hitler did when he came into power. After the first World War the whole in entire European area was going into poverty. When Hitler came and saved them, they saw him as a God. They believed that they should dedicate their lives to him because he saved theirs. There were so much information and blame on the Jews that people thought it was the truth, if their leader believed Jews were the enemy; There were no questions asked. Hitler created a genocide because being apart of the Nazi party was apart of government and you would be reported to authorities if you had different beliefs than Hitler. Being surrounded by cruel people and having to live in this life style, you would adapt to it. It doesn't mean its right, but its easier for you to live. With the Nazis being so aggressive and inhuman to the Jews, people became more sadistic and almost got rid of an entire human race because of what one man's beliefs were. Yes people are being treated like this all around the world, it is caused by racism. For example in the south african americans are still miss treated even after slavery abolished. African americans have been accepted because of the colour of their skin. The Ku Kluz Klan was a group of people in the 1900s that would commit in human acts of cruelty towards Negros, over the years it has dissipated and the no longer exists nationally across the globe. People that still believe that African Americans are evil and aren't humans, still do terrible things to them such as murder, sexual abuse, vandalism and discrimination. countries around the world have become multiculturalism to accept every race, religion, culture and skin colour.

How this picture relates to my question
This picture relates to my questions because it shows a Nazi soldier kicking a jew, it shows how they treated the jews and how inhuman the Nazi's were to the Jew race. If you look in the background of the picture they are other German soldiers watching the Nazi abuse the Jew, they are smiling because they believe it's right and do it for their own entertainment. This picture is exactly was the world needs to see to believe what humans are capable of and to stop these horrific actions from happening. The Holocaust has been talked about for years and will be a forever apart of history. Someone once said "Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it”
Acts of Humanity
Question:
What do you think causes people to treat other in such a horrific ways as was done during the Holocaust? Are there people being treated like this anywhere in the world today? What is or can be done to stop it?
