Merchandising Food and Beverage
Food and beverage can be merchandised by special packaging and pricing, promotional materials such as posters and table tent cards and suggestive selling by food servers.
Our mission at Bing Bada Boom is to ensure that each guest receives professional, friendly and courteous service.
To provide the best Italian Cuisine in a clean environment that will furnish customers the best Italian dining experience. We want our customers to leave satisfied and eager to return for another meal in the future.
Bada Bing Bada Boom will be managed by myself Pedro Serna followed by an executive chef that will take over when I am not around. Two sue chefs, two line cooks, and three prep cooks. At all times there will be two host/hostesses up front, a lead waiter followed by 4 waiter/waitresses.
Our business will be an upscale restaurant that offers a quality cuisine at a reasonable price. We will offer full service with the highest quality of costumer service. We will also have a bar within the restaurant to have something to offer to late night customers.
Restaurant will have an
open kitchen layout. The allure of the restaurant, the aroma of food
and the view of an open flame will attract customers. The feeling of open space and spacious dining room can be inviting.
The kitchen will be the main focal point
in the restaurant to showcase the top chefs
that will be working for the restaurant.
To provide a full Italian cuisine experience, a Sommelier is needed. A person who is a wine professional and this person will suggest the best wine that pairs with the dish.

Word of mouth- One of our main and least expensive way of getting our restaurant out there is word of mouth. We intend to focus so much on our customers service skills and our dedication on creating our meals, so that all the costumer will do is talk about us and spread the word of our fine dining and customer service to all of their friends, family, coworkers etc.
Ads- We want to focus on getting the word out through our ads the we send out through the mail, local magazine, and the simple ads on newspapers.
Social media- social media is becoming bigger and bigger in todays society so we are focusing on getting Bing Bada Boom out in the social media world. As soons as the word of mouth of our customers starts to get out social media will only broaden.
Making it popular
Providing customers a good experience in the
restaurant is one of the best way to advertise the
restaurant. Happy customers will recommend
the restaurant to friends, relative, or other people.
This will get more customers to come in the restaurant
and gain more profit.
Offer on-premise and off-premise catering to make more profit.

It all started with a dream from my very own grandma that sparked the idea of our business. She constantly cooked Italian food for me and when she did she would always tell me the stories about her father and how he had his own small restaurant. She learned all her recipes through him, she unfortunately was forced to the states for a better life as the problems of WWII were starting to begin. I based this restaurant off my great grandfather and how his dream was short lived because of the war. He has influenced me to create the finest Italian dishes as he did back in his time and every meal is dedicated to him and my grandmother, because without them there would be no Bada Bing Bada Boom. It is now my turn to pass down this restaurant to my children and their children after them as a family tradition that will never end.
