Transcript of FALL OF ROME

*By: Cassie*

These are all the causes for the Fall Of Rome. Rome fell around the time period 476bc. Rome is in Italy and its a peninsula that sticks out into the Mediterranean Sea. Rome conquered many provinces/countries. But here is some more main reasons why Rome fell.
One major cause would be the Military. They had to much land to defend so while they're battling on one side of the territory other people are attacking the other side. They had a lot of communication problems, and they had a cost of defense. Those were some Military causes for the Fall Of Rome.
Another major cause for The Fall Of Rome is Economic. They had a very high tax raise. They also had a decline of agriculture. Another problem was inflation, also the price for an ounce of gold is $1537.17. They had poor management, and they had an economic warface between the rich and poor. These Economic causes help lead to the Fall Of Rome.
The 3rd major cause would be social. They had a deisease of saturation. Lost their patriotism. Had a lot of lossed values. In that case there slaves weakened. Rome also had a breakdown of religion. That was the last major cause for The Fall Of Rome.
