Richmond Delta Regional Heritage Fair Heritage Fairs is a bilingual educational initiative that encourages students to explore Canadian heritage in a dynamic, hands-on learning environment. What is 'Heritage Fair'? Anyone can join us at Heritage Fair, students, teachers and adults alike. Come support our students! FUN! Why Heritage Fair? Who?
