USE EXAMPLES Past Simple is a tense that is used to describe actions that have happened in the past and that are already finished. RULES FOR REGULAR VERBS When verbs are regular all you have to do is add the termination ED. Examples:

Play=Played
Want=Wanted
Walk=Walked Examples:

Play=Played
Want=Wanted
Walk=Walked RULES FOR IRREGULAR VERBS Irregular verbs do not need the ED ending, they might have a whole different structure, so it is important to learn them. Examples:
Sing=Sang
Write=Wrote
Run=Ran LEARNING PAST TENSE THE END
