Simple and easy to use.
Testing activities like planning, test designing happens well before coding. This saves a lot of time. Hence higher chance of success over the waterfall model.
Proactive defect tracking that is defects are found at early stage.
Avoids the downward flow of the defects.
Works well for small projects where requirements are easily understood. Advantages and disadvantages of research methodology Advantages
Low specification hardware.
System process very fast.
Disadvantages
User interface are very simple.
No student and parent authority to access the website. Existing System Review Advantages
Can update discipline information without internet.
Not using paper based.
Disadvantages
Not a web based system.
Cant view the file outside of school.

All people understand to use it
Can obtain and view record without internet.
Disadvantages
Need to register and update discipline data using paper.
Hard to retrieve.
No backup file in the strore. Existing System Review Will facilitates the management of all information as stated above excellently.
The admin can register the teacher via online.
Then the teacher can view the student informative via online.
The discipline teacher can use the system to record the student mistakes and demerit the marks.
The system must have a user-friendly interface to simplify all kind of users to use and understand the system. Expected Outcomes There are a problem with the current system which is:
Hard to retrieve past information.
Information can easily be lost.
Teacher’s workload will be increase.
Information cannot easily be shared.
