Burger King Corporation operates a chain of fast food hamburger restaurants worldwide. The company also provides franchising opportunities. Burger King Corporation was formerly known as South Florida Restaurant, Inc. and changed its name to Burger King Corporation in 1963. The company was founded in 1954 and is based in Miami, Florida. It has locations in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. Burger King
Corporation operates as a subsidiary of Burger King Holdings, Inc.

Burger King use their knowledge & experience in production & manufacturing in order get good quality machinery to create good
products & using knowledge in locating new plants.

Sales and marketing process face some problems that affect their sale negatively and decrease their sale:
• Tough competition putting pressure on sales.
• The absence of one or more staff members without any excuse or going to a vacation in emergency cases.
Transaction processing System:
Transaction processing is a style of computing that divides work into individual, indivisible operations, called transactions.
Burger king corporation also face some problem in transaction system, it effects the system performance
• Has only one banking transaction employee, it effects the systems performance as just a single employee could not be able to account cash and handle stock inventory and manage transactions.

Process owners, actors: waiters, kitchen employee, delivery staff.
More strict rules for staff.
When herring new staff we inform new staff about new rules that he can’t absent if he get medical excuse, he can take a holiday for 42 days only and he sign on the contract.
Need to check staff cleanness and his look should look decent, because is effect customers.
