1.0 INTRODUCTION
Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is the largest fast-food chicken restaurant in the world and it is one of the favourite fast-food restaurants in Malaysia. KFC was founded by Colonel Sanders with 11 types of herbs and spices, Colonel Sanders is successful create the name of KFC. ("Background of Kentucky Fried Chicken", 2015)

When the workers are highly motivated, they tend to give all they while working. it gives positive aura to the surrounding and made customers happy at the same time.
