Also consider the factors that help to maintain and sustain elite performance. BARRIERS TO PROGRESSION FOR THE ELITE PERFORMER TASK:
Select an elite performer of your choice who has suffered from discrimination or faced multiple barriers to progression.
Record a report on their life story and how they overcame the barriers/discrimination, also include any measures that have been put in place to address these issues.
