When we have s in a key signature, they always come in the same order...
This is a Sharp
This is a Flat
Key Signature
The is located between the clef and time signature.
Flats or sharps are placed on lines and spaces to tell you which notes are flat or sharp for the entire song.
Look closely at the lines and spaces. Notice that these flats are on the B line and E space?

There are two ways to remember the order of flats:
"BEAD" Greatest Common Factor
Birds Eating Alleys Down Go Cats Fat
Or...
Order of Flats: BEADGCF
