Giant Pandas
Giant Pandas eat bamboo almost 99%
of the time, but they occasionally have a snack of a small rodent.
Giant Pandas are on the World Conservation Union's Red List of Threatened Species. There are only about 1,600 Giant Pandas left in the world. More than 800 Pandas live in zoos all around the world.
Life Span
Giant Pandas can be known to live up to 35 years old. There was once though a Giant Panda in China that passed away at the age of 28 in 1999.
Giant Pandas live up to their name! They are about the size of an American Black Bear and can grow between 4 to 6 feet long. They can weigh up to 250 pounds!
