I have read about your problems in your letter to me.
Well, I would like to give you suggestions. First of all, you have to restrain yourself from going to the washroom during examinations. Stay calm. This will help you to have enough time to complete the exam. Secondly,revise your work regularly and not at the last hour.
Thirdly,have a positive mindset for learning and not treat it as just-study-for-the-examinations. Learning is not for examinations but to learn new things that can be used in your daily life.
Fourthly,plan your time wisely. Do not procrastinate and stay focused. If you are tired, give yourself a five to ten minutes break. Here is the time table I have planned for you: Good Study

-Not to worry too much about exams (note: you are just wasting your time worrying about exams.)
-Set aside some time for break (suggested:10 minutes break every 1 hour of revision)
-Prepare enough stationery (eg.2 or more pencils)
-Talk things that are troubling you over with your parents and teachers
-Try not to do last minute revision and never burn the midnight oil. You should have done revision on a daily basis

When we first received our booklets, we lamented on the amount of work we were given despite it was after PSLE. However, Mrs Chan said that this was our last project work we would do in our primary school life. When we heard Mrs Chan saying this, we felt really gloomy. One year has passed by so quickly, and in just a few moments later, we would already be in our secondary schools.
The first thing we did was deciding on our team’s name. However, everyone was distracted and not focused and started babbling out weird names. Wanting to complete the booklet quickly, we got very frustrated and agitated . Through this, we have learnt that we should not get angry easily just because of our desire to complete the booklet. Then, we calmed down and listened to others' ideas and we found out that some were pretty good, like our present group name, “Simply Impactful”.
Although we had arguments and we were very fired up, we still managed to decide our roles and go through the booklet.





Today we started doing the powerpoint on Prezi, which saves our powerpoint in the ‘Clouds’. Since I was not able to go to one of our member’s house to do project, I stayed at home and we made a good use of this technology. This technology can allow us to do work at anytime, anywhere, as long as you have a computer and Internet connection with you. We used Prezi to do our project concurrently which sped up our work more quickly than to gather together and struggle to share one computer.
However, nothing in this world is perfect, likewise for Prezi. Prezi is a zoom-in presentation editor which works like maps. This made us dizzy. Another disadvantage of Prezi is that it would take up more time to do the presentation as compared to Microsoft Powerpoint but it is worth it as Prezi is much more audience-interactive. Prezi is quite complicated to use but if you use it more you will be more used to it.
Apart from these disadvantages, Prezi is wonderful. Within the same day, we were more or less done with the presentation.





On day 3, we did some final touches to our presentation on prezi, and our presentation is ever ready to be presented! We then printed our own scripts from google docs and rehearsed at school. We also rehearsed at home by ourselves to get a good idea what we are going to talk. Although it took quite some time, we still managed to do it together. Through this project work, we learnt about the importance of teamwork , coordination, some IT skills and other values through this once in a lifetime experience. Teamwork is the thing that makes a team going smoothly. Even though PSLE is over, we still have to learn more. After all, one can never be perfect.
Using Google Docs, we did up the script from home and the finishing touches to the Prezi. We then rehearsed for the project on our own. Although it took quite some time, we still managed to do it together. We learnt the importance of teamwork , coordination, some IT skills and other values through this once in a lifetime experience.
After school, we then made some finishing touches and it was done! Then we rehearsed for the project together. We had learnt many tips for examinations. And during the process of doing so, we have improved my skills as a team member. We hope for all the best for next week’s presentation! Day 1 Day 2 Day 3
