Work Cited Page.................11 The Telegraphs were invented by Claude Chappe in France and by George Murray in England. In the 1800s. It's the ancestor of the Telephone. Alexander Graham Bell Alexander Graham Bell was born in Scotland in 1847.
He was the inventor of the telephone. But before he could claim his invention,he and Elisha Gray were in a little battle. But luckily Alexanders paper got filed first. Elisha Gray claims that Alexander Graham Bell stole his invention! They went to court,but as we know it Alexander won! The first telephone! Cordless Phone Teri Pall invented the cordless telephone
in 1965. But she could not put her invention
out in the market. Because it had to be
between 2 miles. This is a statue of
Teri Pall. Celluar Phone The cell phone was invented in 1983. It has been developed ever since then. This particular phone was invented ,So people could take it where ever they want and not to worry about cords. The phone works on radio waves. This is the first celluar
device! It weighed 2lbs. Modern Day phone Then Now Both This is an example of modern day phone. As you can see it's small. There are much more better phones. This phone can take pictures and it has a lot of features.
But I Personally think in the future that the phones will be big - Have cameras
- Uses wireless internet
- Not so big
- Touch screen
- Has Blue tooth
- Has internet
- Saves energy
- Long lasting batteries - Phone was heavy
- Phone was expensive
- Did not have internet connect
- Couldn't text
- BIG! - Can Call
- Uses satellite

- Have screen
- Cost money Cost This phone now cost 200.00 - 1,000.00 dollars. But back then it was 3,995 dollars. The price for this phone
has been the same. 100.00 - 500.00 dollars The telegraph cost
10.00 - 100.00
