So today you learned about Emotional Anxiety, Physical Anxiety and Social Anxiety. We hope you learned something and if you know someone who has Anxiety ALWAYS be there to help them. It makes them feel so much better. General Anxiety Disorder Social Anxiety Emotional Anxiety Physical Anxiety General Anxiety affects peoples emotions, feelings and actions.This mental illness can damage and mess with people emotions. People suffering with General Anxiety Disorder can experience fear, panic, and stress. People also feel horrible, some days people deal with so much anxiety that they don't have the urge to wake up to go to school or work. Teenagers are now becoming more popular with Anxiety but don't notice they have it. You can usually have Anxiety for many years of your life, but with the right treatments you can calm down your Anxiety levels a lot. Emotional Anxiety can effect you a lot more than you think, it can make you feel unwanted, unsafe, scared and alone. You may think to much and start to cause your Anxiety levels to go up more than you expected. General Anxiety Disorder can make you feel lots of ways, but did you know it can make you have Physical actions to? Such as:
Shortness of Breath
Hot and cold flashes
How you can deal with these Physical effects are, taking deep breaths, Start exercising and try to Avoid stress as much as you can. This might be hard at first but once you get use to it, your Anxiety Physical actions will start to not happen as much as before. General Anxiety Disorder can make you have emotions and physical effects, but remember when we said about the Teenagers becoming the most popular people with Anxiety, well this is why..they have Social Anxiety. Social anxiety disorder is one of the most common anxiety disorders, affecting between 7 and 13% of the population ( mostly teens ). Teenagers have Social Anxiety because they avoid parties,school and work. They feel like they will say/do something wrong and everyone will judge them for it. It is good for us teenagers to avoid a few parties because of certain reasons but you do have to remember that life is short and you have to enjoy it, have fun and go out with friends do something productive.
