Theme: "The course of true love never did run smooth..."
Tie-In:Throughout the play, all four of the main couples struggle to obtain their loves but in the end it all works out

Titania & Oberon- head of the Manhattan-Brooklyn mob, are fighting over the changeling boy who is one of their top enforcers
Theseus- head of a bootlegging operation that operates through the clubs and speakeasies of New York, engaged to Hippolyta

This era stood out as an option for the group because of the allure, mystery, and glamour that surrounded it, much like the allure, mystery, and glamour of the play.
