Industry Education Agriculture Then Now 1The little miami Railroad was one of Ohio's most important early railroad. 2 Construshon began in 1835 and was completed in 1836. 3 In it's early years,the railroad line had a nickname charge high and damen rough Ride. 1 In the 1990 both EMP and EG began constructing locamotires that employed alternating current [AC] treaction motors. 2As transportation issues are becoming more of a topic today. 3It is as strong as even and looks to be solidly entrenched as important component of our. 1 In many schools,one teacher would be in charge of instructing the same time. 2Students use to get hit with paddles or rollers if they did something wrong. 1. Many poor kids do not chance attend school as they had to work full time to help support their families. 2. Teachers are assigned to to teach only one grade level. 3. Students are disciplined in many ways,however,hitting a student is no longer a form of punishment. 3Today,all kids are required to go to school. 1Prior to the1800s,most people who called Ohio home earned their living through farming. 2. Most Ohio farmers who produced a surplus,sold their produced locally or sent them down the Ohio&Mississippi rivers to new Orleans. 3. Farmers had the most success during times of wars,proving it's allies with food. 1.Agricultture remains Ohio's #1 industry today. 2.Ohio is still one of the nation's leader in agriculture. 3 There is nearly 75,000 farmers in Ohio. now then now then
