Worldwide Travel and Tourism Destinations
During this project students have been commissioned by their local airport
to look at and research worldwide travel and tourism destinations.
Students shall need to research project planning activities.
Address locality and community needs.
Interview local community members through market research.
Interview experts within the field of Travel and Tourism.
Plan focus group meetings (with minutes) and address actions.
Feedback to relevant parties with regards to findings and progressive actions.
Prepare a presentation/E-portfolio which demonstrates understanding of specific tourist destinations.

In Studio Schools the national curriculum and key qualifications are delivered through a thematic approach. This aims to to provide an integrated and embedded learning experience. We feel this should help to break down and personalize any specific subject boundaries.

The six learning areas which are embedded in to all projects are outlined below:

An 'Essential Guide for Traveling around Europe' shall be developed for a Travel magazine,outlining attractions and benefits and limitations of European destinations.
